דיבור, הוא הדרך המקובלת ביותר בה אנשים יוצרים קשר ביניהם. 

מילים, הן יצירה של אותיות מצורפות.

בכל אות קסם אחר.

ב-נ׳, הנתינה, ה-ל׳ הגבוהה ברוח נוגעת, ה-ע׳, מלמדת על אינטימיות וכך לכל אות משמעות משלה.

אפשר אמנם להבין מכך שעדיף לשתוק מלדבר אבל אני חושבת שכוונת החכמים היתה להראות לנו כמה רב הוא כוחה של המילה וכמה עדיף לחשוב לפני שמדברים. 

  

"אִסְתְרָא בִלְגינָא קיש קיש קָרְיָא", הוא פתגם בארמית שאומר כי מטבע יחיד בקנקן, מרעיש ומקשקש כמו שק מטבעות.

ביטוי זה מתייחס לאדם המרבה בדיבור, לעומת עשייה מעטה.

זריקת מילים באוויר ללא מחשבה או כוונה, משולה לכתיבה על הקרח.

אנו יוצקים אל תוך המילים רגש ומשמעות, והטעם שנשאר לנו בפה, חמוץ או מתוק משתנה עם בחירת מילים וטונציה.

כמובן, שיש כאלה בדרכנו, שהמילים יקרות מהם וששתיקה אומרת את הכל.

האם רצון כלשהו בדבר מה, עוזר להמציא תנאים מתאימים לזימונו אל תוך חיינו?

האם מוכנות למשהו ממציאה רצונות?

יש בדיקות מוכנות אחת לכמה זמן?

גיל כרונולוגי הוא גם מדד?

חשיבות עליונה בעניי, למקום הנכון, כשהזמן נכון בו והאנרגיה מדוייקת בנו, על מנת לזמן אל חיינו את השיעור המאיר והמעיר.

מורים רבים מקיפים אותנו מכל עבר,מכירים את המשפט ״מכל מלמדיי השכלתי?״ 

גם קבצן הרחוב יכול ללבוש אנרגיה מלמדת ולהעביר לנו שיעור שערכו לא יסולא מפז.

השאלה היא, מי בעל העניים שרואות, האוזניים ששומעות,הידיים שנוגעות וכמה רגיש, סקרן ופתוח אותו האדם כדי לקבל את זו הלמידה...

החיים כל כך דינמיים ומלאי תהפוכות,כל רגע מביא עימו גלים חדשים,גולשים נוספים ורוחות שלא מפסיקות לשנות את הזרימה.

עם התפתחות התקשורת בעולם החדש, צורות חשיבה שהיו מוכרות בעבר רק ל״יודעי הדבר ״ היום ,נגישות לכל .

ארועים מתרחשים בעקבות תדרים שהמוח שלנו משדר אל היקום ומספר לו על תשוקותינו האמיתיות וכשאלה מלאות בעוצמה הוא עוזר לנו וליקום להמציא את הדרך להשגתם.

השינויים התכופים בעולם גורמים לתנועות ברוח הרצונות ,לעיתים ברור לנו כשמש דבר מה והנה הפך הוא לירח.

משקפיי ראיית המציאות שלנו, הן העדשות והן המסגרת משתנים מאדם ,לאדם ,מרגע ,לרגע ומשפיעים על זויות ההסתכלות באופן דיי תכוף.

כל רגע נתון מביא עימו חידוש, מה שאתמול היה מדוייק עבורנו בחיוך ומעבר ,מחר מחרתיים יאבד את הקשר.

בנו הכח להתפלל ,לשמירה על הקיים ולשינוי.

בחירת מילים מניעות ונכונות לנו היא חלק הכרחי.

יחד עם זאת ,לעיתים ,אוחזת בנו תפילה עוצמתית ,מטלטלת ומוחלטת בדבר מה.

הזמן עובר , התפאורה משתנה ומה שרצינו כל כך באותם רגעים נתונים לא נכון לנו יותר.

אך מה עושים כששערי השמיים נפתחים כשהזרימה כבר השתנתה...

Symbols 

Symbols are fascinating. They are connected to my personal life and activity. What is most interesting is how individual societies can view the same exact symbols in very different ways. 

What is a symbol? A symbol represents an idea. It is an item that holds a deeper meaning beyond the surface. It is recognized among cultures, religions, particular societies or individuals.

Just as objects have their own unique characteristics and symbolism, the people in our lives can also act as very powerful symbols. We are all mirrors and teachers in each other’s lives. Some people represent characteristics that we do want to emulate, other people represent the traits that we don’t want to develop. If we spend our time with people in the “do” category, we are more likely to cultivate those positive characteristics.

Similarly, if we surround ourselves with objects that symbolize the things we want to attract into our lives, we are more likely to manifest those desires. We each give strength and meaning to the objects in our lives. For example, I have a lucky shirt that I always wear to job interviews, a lucky coin that I keep in my wallet for material blessings, and here is my entertainment ring, which makes me happy and raises my spirits.

I can also think about our superstitions. Is a black cat indeed a bad sign? Some say it is better not to look through a broken window, it is better to enter the house with the right leg etc., but who actually decides?

It is interesting to ponder the fact that sometimes a symbol's meaning can vary from culture to culture. For example the owl is a symbol of wisdom in ancient Greece but it is a bad omen according to the Native American Navajo tribes. Who is “right”? Maybe the belief itself gives power and meaning to all of these things. If you truly believe in a lucky charm or a superstition, your thoughts can actually help you manifest good or bad luck.

It is also interesting to consider religious symbols. The six-pointed “Star of David” has appeared at different times in various cultures, but only in recent centuries did it become widely known as a Jewish symbol. The cross was a meaningful symbol in other religions before it became associated with Christianity. The Hamsa, which was  originally for protection against the evil eye and according to Islamic tradition, is also known as the hand of Fatima, so named to commemorate Muhammad's daughter Fatima Zahra. Levantine Christians call it the hand of Mary, for the Virgin Mary. Jews refer to it as the hand of Miriam in remembrance of the biblical prophetess, sister of Moses and Aaron.

Another fascinating example is the symbol of the swastika. The earliest archaeological evidence of swastika-shaped ornaments dates back to the Indus Valley Civilization as well as the Mediterranean Classical Antiquity and Paleolithic Europe. Swastikas have also been used in various other ancient civilizations around the world including Turkey, India, Iran, Nepal, China, Japan, Korea and Europe. It remains widely used in Indian religions, specifically in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, primarily as a tantric symbol to evoke Shakti, or the sacred symbol of auspiciousness. As we all know, the Nazi Party of Germany adopted the swastika in 1920, as a symbol of the Aryan race.

Interesting – isn't it? Many images that look the same from the outside, can have very different meanings on the inside, depending on the energy that humans assign to it.

And what about the zodiac? I am a Libra – what does it mean and what does it say about me? We can think about our own horizon, about the stars and sun, which we see – but is there something absolute?

The personification of my coins- my jewelry gives human qualities to each and every coin, and connects with the symbols on the currency. In this way, humans can connect with the energy of the object in a deeper way. To me, this is more than just attractive jewelry, this is jewelry that can actually help you attract certain energies by connecting with symbols.

I once met a beautiful woman—sharp, energetic, and only 89 and a half years old. I asked her “ What is the secret to health, happiness and longevity?” She replied with a smile, as if revealing a secret, "Good genes and good luck."

There may not be too much we can do about genes—we just work with what we’ve got! But as for fortune, abundance, and luck, I believe that we can increase our ability to attract more goodness into our lives. We are like energy magnets… Find the true value and deeper meaning in everything around you, and let this awareness attract even more greatness into your life.

וכן חיינו קצובים בעולם הזה לכך וכך שנים, אי אפשר לקנות זמן וערכו לא יסולא מפז. 

ועוד שאלות ממשיכות לקפץ, מה הסיפור עם האנרגיה והאם היא מוגבלת?

אז אני ממשיכה ולומדת שאנרגיה היא גודל פיזיקלי סקלרי, שמציין את כמות העבודה היכולה להיעשות על ידי כוח וגם שאיננה מוגבלת,האנרגיה הינה אינסופית ומשנה את פניה ללא הרף.

עובדה מחייכת היא, כי חוק שימור האנרגיה קובע שאנרגיה לא נוצרת ולא נעלמת, היא משנה את צורתה, מסוג אנרגיה אחד לסוג אחר.

מאגרי אנרגיה רבים זמינים והלמידה עלינו, מאיפה וכיצד נחדש את כוחותינו,מתי נעצור להרגע, איך ננשום עמוק לרווחה, על מה נתעכב ולכמה זמן ..ולא פחות חשוב מתי נשחרר ומתי נמשיך הלאה.

המצאת סדר חשיבות נכון ובריא של פיזור האנרגיה הינו הכרחי,יחד עם הסדר נוכל לממש את פוטנציאל היכולת שלנו למלא, להתמלא ולאפשר לעצמנו להתנהל בצורה פרודקטיבית יותר.

היום , ככל שאני יודעת יותר ,אני מודעת לעובדה שהידע שלי הוא רק כמה טיפות באוקיינוס הגדול, של הידע הידוע שקיים.

מדהים כמה מהר התרגלתי לכך שתשובות לשאלות אני פשוט מקבלת עם כמה לחיצות על מסך כזה או אחר, ויקיפדיה וגוגל ספקי האינפורמציה שעדיין בעניי בלתי נתפסים, לא צריך לעבוד קשה מידי כדי לדעת, רק צריך באמת לרצות.

Giving and the Fourth Chakra

Chakras are energy centers that many different cultures believe are connected to our physical and spiritual bodies. When we are in balance, these chakras are healthy and open, but when we succumb to fear and negative thought forms, the chakras can slow down or become blocked.

Each of these spinning vortexes of energy relates to a different aspect of our lives. The Fourth Chakra, also known as The Heart Chakra, is connected to our experience of love and giving.  Here we touch each other emotionally and give and receive absolute, pure, egoless love.

The “Law of Giving and Receiving” is described beautifully in Deepak Chopra’s book, “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success.” Although it is only the second law in the book, in my opinion it is one of the most important ones, so I’ve decided to discuss it.

Every relationship is based on give and take. Giving motivates receiving and receiving motivates giving. According to the law described in Chopra’s book, receiving and giving are identical. Although they are different aspects of the same energy flow, if we interrupt one of them we disturb the flow, wisdom, and perfection of the Universe.

The more you give the more you will receive. The Universe has the capacity to respond to your generosity accordingly, and allow abundance to flow into your life constantly. Eventually, everything that matters in your life will become stronger by giving it away.

Judaism is also very sensitive to the delicate dynamic between giving and receiving. The word “Tsdaka,” which means charity, is an expression the bible uses as giving to the poor. But the word can also be understood as “tsedek” which means justice. This implies that balance and fairness is the Universe’s automatic response to generosity. As Hazal says, “Through the way you measure—you are measured.”

I’ve seen this law at work in my own life. The funny thing is, when I first began traveling the world, I filled my wallet with Israeli coins and gave them away to people who made me smile along my journey. I would give them each a blessing and tell them to keep this lucky coin from the Holy Land in their wallet. I explained to them that the energy of the coin was especially powerful because it had a menorah on it. Little did I know that many years later I would fall deeply in love with coins and create much more out of them. In a way, the coins gave back to me and I realized they were more than just currency—they were the beholders of powerful energy and they had the potential to bring joy and beauty to the world in a new way.

Every day I feel the power of my task as more and more coins come my way. Generous people from all over the world give me coins. Sometimes they are passed hand to hand, and other times they are mailed to me from all sorts of places. Each time I am grateful and I remember the countless people that received my own coin offerings on my travels years ago.

I feel blessed by the energy that is flowing through my life; these exchanges with other people make me feel rich in many ways. I want to share stories of my own growth through practicing the law of giving and receiving.

The best demonstration is the human hand; when it is open to give it is also open to receive! One of my own designs that makes me smile more than all the others is the “Hamsa.” It is a mold of my own hand, created from a copy machine! The coin in the middle of the necklace varies, but the Hamsa is always the same and it represents my own journey on the path of giving and receiving.

Kahlil Gibran’s poem, titled “On Giving,” offers a beautiful reflection on this concept. I find the following excerpt especially meaningful:

            Giving
 

You give but little when you give of your possessions.

It is when you give of yourself that you truly give...

And what is fear of need but need itself?

Is not dread of thirst when your well is full, the thirst that is unquenchable?...

All you have shall some day be given...

Therefore give now, that the season of giving may be yours and not your inheritors'.

Generosity is not limited to the giving of money. You can give kindness, compassion, hospitality, nourishment, and of course the greatest gift of all—love. Giving is the essence of life, and by giving we leave our mark on the Universe. 

There is a reason that I opened the article with the fourth chakra that connects the three chakras superiority the chakras above it. This chakra is the core of the entire chakra system, just as giving is the center of life. We are who we are right. We are who we are because of giving, and thanks to giving we leave our mark on the world.

I have taken it upon myself to bless as many people as I can to improve life. This is my life’s quest and my Hamsa reminds me of this intention.
